By installing or using the MediaSurv Roku channel ("Channel"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Channel.
MediaSurv is a self-hosted media server platform. The Channel is a Roku client that connects to a MediaSurv server instance that you own, operate, and maintain on your own hardware. The Channel enables you to browse and stream your personal media library on your Roku device.

THE CHANNEL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE MEDIASURV PROJECT CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE CHANNEL, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
You are solely responsible for the media content stored on and served by your MediaSurv server. The Channel developers have no knowledge of, control over, or responsibility for the content you access through the Channel.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Channel after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You may stop using the Channel at any time by uninstalling it from your Roku device. We reserve the right to discontinue the Channel at any time without notice.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
